We offer a 14-day full refund window — for any reason. Refunds are handled by Paddle (our payment provider and Merchant of Record) through their official support portal at paddle.net. See the Refund Policy for how to request one.

Your payment is processed by Paddle (our payment provider and Merchant of Record). You'll see Paddle on your bank statement. They handle billing, taxes, invoices, and refunds, and provide support through paddle.net.

Make sure you create your account using the same email you paid with — access is linked automatically. If something still isn't working, write to hello@deluga.co and we'll sort it out.

Yes. Use the language switcher in the top navigation. The journey content is available in English, Czech, Spanish, Italian, French, and Chinese. Legal pages are in English.

Sign in and go to Account → Danger zone → Delete account. Your account will be scheduled for deletion in 14 days, and you can cancel any time before then by signing back in. After 14 days, your account and associated data are permanently removed. If you have any trouble, email hello@deluga.co.
